Shipping Policy

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.
In-office pickup is available for all items. Our office is located at 30 Middle street, Sandy, SG193AD. Please consider that we don't have store and permanent stock. Pickup time has to be confirmed and usually be Monday-Friday between 2PM and 6PM.
We offer free delivery for Segway robot mowers and all items ordered together with Segway robot mowers. The delivery is carried out by our own vans.
We offer standard delivery for other items. Delivery method is used based on the order weight.
Shipping rates are calculated at the Checkout.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 4 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched next day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the following day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
All processing dates are estimates and given on good faith. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.
We currently ship to Central Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire for new customers. Existing customers please ask via WhatsApp.
We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes or AFP/FPO addresses.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
